How are peaks on arrival and departure days covered?
Through local top-up of vehicles on peak days and fixed loops on the other days. The standard stays the same, capacity follows the run sheet.
Do you also drive headliners and guests individually?
Yes. Artist and VIP runs use unmarked vehicles and VIP-experienced drivers, separate from the crew shuttle.
How do you coordinate with artist liaison and production management?
A TOUR LOUNGE contact is on site or permanently reachable, keeps the shuttle plan current and reports changes directly to artist liaison and production management.
Can we sign one contract for several festivals or years?
Yes. Through the partner programme we agree fixed conditions and availability for a season or a year; each festival is then called off individually.
Do you offer CO2 reporting for the festival?
Yes. On request you receive CO2 reporting for all shuttle runs, including offsetting options.
