No contract first. We start with one tour at a fixed price and build the partnership on numbers, not promises.
1. Pilot
One tour or one transfer package at a fixed price, with lead driver and 24/7 availability. After the tour a debrief with numbers: punctuality, incidents, cost. The entry point for every new partner.
2. Preferred Partner
From three orders per year: price matrix fixed for twelve months, quote within 24 hours, priority dispatch, contractual replacement-vehicle guarantee, dedicated contact, annual volume bonus.
3. Key Partner
For high-volume partners: additionally reserved capacity at peak times, quarterly review, CO2 report per tour, tiered bonus and, on request, involvement in tour planning. Term twelve to twenty-four months.

Conditions are agreed per partner and are not published. The price matrix follows three axes: vehicle category, type of use (transfer, day trip, touring day) and zone (Germany, neighbouring countries, rest of Europe).

12-day tour of a chamber orchestra
Seven cities in four countries, instrument transport, hotel change every two days. TOUR LOUNGE provided continuous coach service with a lead driver, coordinated all venue registrations and special access permits and kept the production schedule at each of the seven venues.
The difference to buying piece by piece: one contract, one point of contact, no losses at the interfaces between coach companies, hotels and production management.
Frequently asked questions from agencies and productions
How quickly do we get a quote?
We reply to every partner enquiry within 24 hours with a first assessment, and with concrete conditions for standard routes.
Do we have to sign a framework agreement right away?
No. Every partnership starts with a pilot: one tour at a fixed price, followed by a debrief with numbers. Only then do we talk about Preferred or Key Partner conditions.
Can we keep our existing coach partner?
Yes. With "Bring your own bus partner" we integrate your existing partners into the tour plan. Nobody has to switch to work with us.
How quickly can you provide vehicles?
Ad-hoc requests are usually covered within 24 to 48 hours across Europe. From Preferred Partner level a contractual replacement-vehicle guarantee applies in addition.
We are a BDKV member. Does that affect the conditions?
Yes. TOUR LOUNGE is a partner of the German Federal Association of the Concert and Event Industry; BDKV members receive special conditions. Mention the membership in your enquiry and it is reflected in the quote.
Which countries do you cover?
All of Europe with uniform standards, with a focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the neighbouring countries. One point of contact for the whole project.
Do you offer CO2 reporting?
Yes. On request you receive CO2 reporting per tour for your ESG reporting, including offsetting options through selected projects.
Do you work with our tour manager or replace them?
We work with them. Your tour manager runs the production, our lead driver and our office run the vehicles. Before the tour your tour manager receives the tour pack with schedule, drivers and emergency number; changes run directly between them and us.
How does invoicing work?
One invoice per tour or per call-off, in euros, with the items from the confirmed quote; payment terms and bonus according to the framework agreement. Transport and any travel services are itemised separately.
What applies to cancellations or changes?
Changes before the tour are agreed in writing and charged according to the agreed conditions; cancellations follow the scale in the framework agreement, staggered by notice before the start of service. Waiting time and extra kilometres on the tour day are charged according to the price matrix.
How are vehicles and passengers insured?
All vehicles used carry liability insurance as required by law; we provide proof on request. Instruments and equipment are to be insured through the ensemble or production; we secure loading and transport by a fixed plan.
Do you name references?
No. We work for agencies, productions and artists who value discretion and never name clients. Your client stays your client.
