Show-day shuttle: your ground partner on site
The production travels with its own buses and trucks. Whatever it needs on top in each city, we drive: airport, hotel, venue, guests, crew.
Request a show dayA show-day shuttle is the ground movement of a production in one city on one day: airport runs for artists, management and guests, loops between hotel and venue from load-in to load-out, transport for crew and support acts. TOUR LOUNGE provides the vehicles, the drivers and a dispatcher as a single point of contact, booked as a package with a defined scope.
Large tours travel on sleeper buses and trucks. We do not operate those and we do not replace them. We are the addition on site: everything the touring fleet does not cover.

What gets driven on a show day
- Airport and station runs. To the flight list, with delay tracking and meet and greet at the terminal.
- Hotel to venue loops. From load-in to load-out, to the day sheet or on call.
- Crew movement. Local crew, catering, technical suppliers, shift changes on stadium and open-air shows.
- Guests and VIPs. Unmarked vehicles, VIP-experienced drivers, separate from the crew shuttle.
- Support acts. For openers who travel without their own bus.
- After-show and night runs. Until the last person is back at the hotel.
Four packages instead of single rides
We offer show-day services as packages with a defined scope, because a production office does not want to dispatch single rides on show day. The price is in the quote, not on this page.
- Show day. Vehicles and drivers from load-in to load-out, hotel and venue loops, one dispatcher as your contact.
- Arrival day. Airport and station runs to the flight list, delay tracking, meet and greet.
- Off-day. Vehicles on call for press, promo, a day out or a doctor.
- Festival day. An artist shuttle system built on the running order, with a dispatcher on site.
Where we are genuinely local
Our home region is Rhine-Ruhr: Cologne, Düsseldorf, Oberhausen, Essen, Bochum, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund are all about an hour from our office in Bochum. No other region in Europe packs as many arenas, stadiums and concert halls into so small an area.
From there we serve the corridor to Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Hamburg, with vehicles from our partner network and dispatch from one desk. For productions with several dates in the corridor that means one contact, one standard, one invoice.
Who this is for
Promoters, local presenters, production managers and promoter reps who are responsible for ground movement on show day. Also tour managers who want a single ground partner for a block of dates across several cities. Members of the German Federal Association of the Concert and Event Industry (BDKV) receive special conditions; mention your membership in the enquiry.
Discretion is part of the service
We name no artists, no productions and no clients, here or in conversation with anyone else. Drivers are briefed, vehicles are unmarked, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
How to book
Send us date, city, venue and an approximate headcount, plus the flight list if you have it. You receive a quote within 24 hours. Short-notice requests are usually covered within 24 to 48 hours.
Frequently asked questions about the show-day shuttle
Who organises artist and crew shuttles on a show day?
Usually the promoter, the local presenter or the production office. TOUR LOUNGE takes this on as a local ground partner: vehicles, drivers and one dispatcher as a fixed contact from load-in to load-out.
The production travels on sleeper buses. Why an additional ground partner?
Because the touring fleet does not cover everything: artists, management and guests fly in, the crew stays in hotels, the support act travels without a bus. We drive those movements, coordinated with production management.
In which cities do you offer show-day shuttles?
Our focus is Rhine-Ruhr with Cologne, Düsseldorf, Oberhausen, Essen, Bochum, Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund, plus the corridor to Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands and Hamburg. Any other European city on request.
Can we book a whole block of dates rather than single cities?
Yes. For several dates you get one contact, one standard and one invoice. Regular clients work through the partner programme with fixed conditions.
How short-notice can it be?
Ad-hoc requests are usually covered within 24 to 48 hours. Planned is better: with a flight list and day sheet one to two weeks ahead.
Do you give references?
No. We work for productions and artists who value discretion and we name no one. We start with a fixed-price pilot and a debrief with numbers instead.
