Touring days by day coach: the predictable alternative to a sleeper bus
Multi-day tours from city to city with coach and driver, hotel instead of sleeper bus, one point of contact for every country.
Request a tourTOUR LOUNGE runs multi-day tours by day: coach or day liner with driver, schedule built on driving and rest times, hotel instead of sleeper bus, one point of contact for every country in Europe. For orchestras, choirs, ensembles, bands and show productions.
A sleeper bus is the right choice for a few tours. For most, the day coach is more predictable, more comfortable and easier to align with hotels, rehearsals and shows.

Your advantages with TOUR LOUNGE
Schedule built on driving and rest times
Every leg is planned against statutory driving and rest times, with double drivers or driver changes where the day gets long.
Hotel instead of sleeper bus
The production sleeps in a hotel and the coach drives by day. Rested musicians, a vehicle without bunks, predictable arrival times.
Lead driver
With several vehicles a lead driver leads the team and is the first contact for tour and production management.
One contract for every country
Border crossings, tolls, low-emission zones and venue registrations run through us. You have one contact, not one coach company per city.
Vehicles for long legs
For touring days we recommend full-size coaches or premium day liners with table and lounge areas, galley and toilet. Storage for instruments, backline and luggage is agreed before the tour.
A van for soloists or conductor, a coach for the ensemble, a minibus for the crew: the fleet follows the daily schedule, uniform in appearance.

Frequently asked questions about touring days
Is there an alternative to a sleeper bus for a tour through Germany and Europe?
Yes: touring days by day coach or premium day liner. The production travels by day, sleeps in a hotel and gets driver, vehicle and schedule from one partner. TOUR LOUNGE plans the legs by driving and rest times and uses double drivers on long days.
How long can a driving day be?
Statutory driving and rest times limit a driver's daily driving time. Longer legs run with a double driver or a driver change en route. The tour plan is built so that arrival, soundcheck and show are met.
What if the show ends late and we have to leave early the next day?
Then we plan the overnight stay at the venue city and the departure after the driver's rest time, or a second driver. The coach leaves when the ensemble is ready, not the other way round.
How many vehicles does a tour need?
That depends on line-up, crew, instruments and equipment. Typical is a coach for the ensemble, a van for soloists or conductor and a support vehicle for instruments or gear. We assemble the fleet by the daily schedule.
Do you drive across borders?
Yes, across Europe. Border crossings, tolls, vignettes, low-emission zones and special access are part of our planning. One point of contact for every country.
How early should we enquire?
As early as possible, several months ahead for peak season and large productions. Short-notice requests are usually covered within 24 to 48 hours.
